Artist Statement:

Keyto’s work is deeply rooted in his appreciation for local wildlife, yet these specific pieces were born from a playful tug-of-war within the local street art scene. Originally, Keto had populated the area with a series of frog murals. However, in the spirit of the ever-changing urban canvas, two of his previous frog pieces were painted over by unknown artists and replaced with pigs.

Rather than pushing back, Keyto leaned into the transformation with a wink to the community. His new pig piece is a satirical olive branch. As Keto puts it:

"I thought I would save them the bother and just paint the pig for them this time."
